About Exam Prep
Exam Prep gives you honest practice: original questions at real-test difficulty, each with the reasoning spelled out.
Original questions, on purpose
Every question here was written for this site in the style and difficulty of the real exams — none are copied from actual SAT, ACT or GED tests (those are the property of their testing organizations). Practicing the skills — the algebra moves, the grammar rules, the data-reading habits — is what raises scores; memorizing leaked items is neither legal nor effective.
How to use a practice set
Answer without rushing first, and read every explanation — including for questions you got right, because a right answer with wrong reasoning is luck that will not repeat. Note the two or three question types you miss, drill those in your textbook or course, then retake the set in a few days. That loop — attempt, understand, revisit — is the entire engine of test prep.
SAT is a trademark of the College Board, ACT is a trademark of ACT, Inc., and GED is a trademark of GED Testing Service — none of which endorse or are affiliated with this site.
